This special wine dinner will feature a ​5-course menu by Executive Chef Galen Jordan, thoughtfully created to pair with 5 of Holman Ranch’s estate-grown wines. Known for their sustainable, hands-on approach in the vineyard, Holman Ranch produces wines from organic grapes handpicked in the Burgundian style. Each course will highlight fresh, in-season ingredients, bringing out the best in every pairing.
